Pay Transparency legislation is currently being implemented across the globe to ensure a higher degree of pay equity. This poses challenges for organizations, who need to live up to the requirements, which varies across borders. This masterclass zooms in on the European requirements as set forth by the EU Pay Transparency Directive and translates these into practical actions adapted to your and your organization's challenges, while also providing insights and tools that go beyond Europe.
At the end of this two-day masterclass you will know and understand the requirements of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and how these can affect your organization. You will know how to create a roadmap for your company’s Pay Transparency journey and how to assess your current pay equity landscape incl. risk assessment. You will know the various project phases and how to identify which ones are relevant for your organization. You will learn how to ensure management buy-in and how to approach the change management task ahead. You will have hands-on experience of the tools needed to measure and rectify your pay gaps, as well as how to report on these internally as well as externally. And you will have established the outline of your own road ahead to reach compliance by the June 7, 2026, deadline.
