Benifex are hosting their annual get-together for HR Leaders in Copenhagen. It will be an afternoon of exploring how Rewards and Benefits can be an important tool in supporting business growth and naturally pay transparency plays a key role on the agenda.

Our own Jon Sannes will be one of the panelists at the ending fireside chat discussing the change management challenges that lie ahead as companies move forward on the pay transparency journey.

Our friends at Grundfos have kindly offered to host the upcoming meeting of the Danish Reward Network at their location in Bjerringbro.

The primary theme for the meeting will once again be pay transparency, as the original implementation deadline is fast approaching and the first draft of the Danish legislation has been released.

The dilemma topics on the agenda are questions we have received from members of the Danish network, and we hope you will take active part in the discussions and bring your own questions and concerns about the task ahead.

Finally, we will present a quick overview of the various tools and methods to ease the workload ahead and where to find further information.
